Geoboard - triangles

W.A.L.A the proprieties of a triangle. the triangles that I did were a right-angle

triangle, an Isosceles triangle and scalene triangle.  

A scalene triangle had all different sides.

An isosceles triangle had 2 sides the same.

A right-angled triangle can be on any side but has to have a 90 degree angle.

I found this easy because I knew what shapes to draw.  

Cook Island Language Week - Geometry

W.A.L.A the cook islands using geometry.

I found making the tivaevae pattern easy because you could draw any pattern.  I found making the ei tricky because the it was hard to roll the spirals into flowers.  I found the tessellation tricky because I had to make a pattern with the shape, it had to repeat itself.

I found this tricky because it was hard for me to think of sentences that answered the 5 W'S.
