I am learning to use capital letters and full stops in the right place. I find it tricky to do full stops properly. I need to work on this. It is easy when I have a friend to help me.

It was a bit tricky because I didn't know which words were compound words. I forgot that they had to be full words joined together. I will keep trying to find them in the books that I read.

This was my lightning writing from week 1 term 2.

I am learning to write more than one idea. I like lightning writing. I write as much as I can in 10 minutes. I used a picture to give me ideas. I find it easy to write more than one idea. My ideas match the picture.

I am learning to make compound sentences. It is hard to remember to use and, but or because to join 2 sentences. I need to practice this.

Fractions

 I am learning about fractions. I find it hard to find half of a group. I need to practise finding half of a shape as well and make sure that the pieces are equal. The quarters are also hard.

Word families

I am learning about word families. They are words with the same endings. I find it tricky to find the difference between b and p.

My reflection:
I find it easy to do my numbers the right way. I can put my numbers in order to 20 and write the numbers before and after. I find it hard to add numbers to 20. I will work on this.
